So, apparently Nuclear Dawn now has to be built against libvstdlib_srv.so and libtier0_srv.so instead of their non-_srv versions.

I found this out the hard way after attempting to build new version of the ReadGameSounds SourceMod extension after making sure all my hl2sdks were up to date.

This change happened approximately a week ago according to hl2sdk-nd's revisions list for these libraries.
