Request: Simple URL opener

Basically you type !waddap and it opens www.waddap.com

shouldn't be hard to make right?

Game cs:go if that matters.

CS:GO doesn't currently support MOTDs, does it?

IIRC, you can't open the MOTD on a client after they've entered the game.
