I tried setting the sentry rampup/falloff to 0 for both, but it still did damage.

is it only sentry damage? What about other stuff?

Sorry for all the complaining, but I've found that when damage rampup set to 100% will have decay that goes below the base damage for weapons with natural falloff until the player is 512 HU away, then it sets to damage falloff. Is it possible for it to be fixed to have damage rampup scale down to the base damage?

hmmm

i set sm_rl_damagefalloff_percent "125",it ended up making direct hit doing 796 dmg on a critical hit while far away from target(it would do 140 without crit which is right)

it also does ~200 dmg when at medium distance to the target(~5 heavies away)

because the default fall off damage percentage is 53% of base damage... 90 is the base damage for rocket launchers I think which means you wholey increased the base damage 1.25x.
