Probally beceause its not an in-game known commands, but if the player isnt admin , it will simply show it in HIS console. (Depends what commands)

It should no more be possible to rebind keys. Wether if the plug-in is Sourcemod or something else.

Yea sorry man. Slowhacking and pretty much everything else like that has been permanently disabled by valve.

Theres only 4 client side commands left that you can still do. Play, name and two others.. which I can't remember

@launebaer yeah, should work fine using sm_cexec #ALL "playgamesound admin_plugin/c4timer_30left.wav" - needs to have brackets around the "playgamesound <command>" bit

added small update to allow #bots in the name - executes the command on all bots
