I need auto restart campaign plugins while end, this is look similar like > https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=156392
but not change, auto restart.

because i managed server with custom campaign (tank playground), so i don't need back to lobby or server restart while end. i just need restart the campaign, so everyone in the server can play again
