not possible , its working for all.
you have to change your game mode into casual

i changed game_mode 0 and restarted server.

they added arena thing in compi cfg/gamemode so just use casual gamemode

There's a trigger multiple in buyzones that executes a logic_script file. Players are teleported at info_target's entities. Removing all trigger_multiple's (in warmup) should be enough. You don't need them in competitive.
