No you do not put mp_ cvars in server.cfg. If gamemode_competitive_server.cfg does not exist, you create it.

i have now created the cfg, its load automaticly, or i need to put in autoexec or server.cfg to load??

i no have idea.. i put the mp_do_warmup_period 0
mp_warmuptime 0 and i have 30 sec warmup :@ i hate that update...

Exists a new mini area that, inside map servers, where players and bot stay without nav areas.

Try: mp_warmup_end to current game
or configure
mp_warmuptime "0" to all games

that start game and that stop log erros.
