First, I will admit that their hardware is fantastic.

Great. But....

Customer support is absolutely ZERO. Getting support from them is like talking to a cranky 10 year old who just started to learn to type and doesn't really want to talk with you. Plus, the last week all of their servers have gone down because "they are upgrading their control panels". And they disabled their tech support while they're upgrading!

So for the love of all that is half life, do not rent from drgservers.

BTW, anyone know of a very good server company that also offers mysql hosting?

I rent from DRG, and I've never had any problems, plus they refunded us for the downtime.

I work for drg :O Actually I'm not sure if I do I stopped talking to them. About 3 months ago lol. I was the only support they had then I realized they suck so I stopped showing up.

I got about 5 free servers and they were down 70 percent of the time.
Lee plays games and ends up fucking people over.
The only person I respect from DRG is SleepWalker
Oh and Lee has an IQ of a 5 year old.

I'm shocked. I've had so many problems with them it's not funny, like the control panel randomly getting wierd problems, not letting me have access to my own server files etc. And also their webhosting got hacked like a month ago and I lost all my mysql databases >< >< >< ><.

Everyone except you that I know have done business with them has had a hard time. I guess you're just really lucky.

And thank god they are refunding us, though it's been a week!!!
