[TF2][REQ] No Build Zone

Yeah i request a no build zone plugin.

The ability to create no buid zone so avoid engineer to build his stuff in the zone.

Hook player_builtobject. You should be able to find a way to check it's location. If it is within an area, block the event.

It look nice.
I currenlty don't have the time to work on something like that. And also i'm a goldsrc coder (amxmodx), i'm not currently friend with source includes.
