K, I used amxmodmenu board my whole time on cs, but now it's all weird, used it to ban a player, it bans a other players, not the one I wanted, but wait that's not all, that banned player comesback and says "why did you ban me", omg!!? The ban totally doesn't work, tried amx_ban #666(for example) 0 GTFO, he came back, tried it on myself it lets to connect again, tried the time to be 9999999 still same, how to fix? Reinstalled counter-strike and amxx, same stuff. Weird. Plugins removed everything removed but still same problem even on fresh cs/amxx.

listip.cfg is for IP's only.
Do the banned.cfg exist in the gamedir?
If it doesn't, make it.
