Hello,

I have recently been establishing a rather popular TF2 server for a clan I am in. The server is very popular and has had the health and weapons modded.

I manage the server for the clan and they would like the following mods, unfortunatly however, I am very new to this and lack the skills to get these mods working. I have contacted the GSP to be replyed with 'search Google' or 'we can't install custom mods'. One of these mods is the Basic Health left one.

It would be greatly appriciated if someone could present me with a walkthrough for the following server mods, telling me exactly what to do and where to put items, I don't even have source mod; I downloaded it and put it in my server files but could not find the correct ini file needed to get the system working. Please help me and give me instructions to the finest detail so I can do the job and get it done, because unfortunatly, I am new and haven't got a clue really. The mod links are featured below:
