You can get decent quality with 16 bits and 20.000 khz project sample rate...
Look at the bottom left for project sample rate

You could also try mp3, i think it has better quality...

But you will have to query the general volume cvar of the player, then slowhack his mp3 volume to the same level in order not to blow up his ears

Yes I know that for Mp3 but I dont wana change players volume settings.
