Modify the CS Peeking v1.5 plugin to have the same behavior of that video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwziy4HvUXc&t=232s would be possible?

IMPORTANT: The author of the video has customized ".mdls" to make the "peek" effect possible. However, I think the same effect is possible more simply by changing the angle of the player's view.
