Yes, I seen that model on some Lithuanian zombie servers, and one time in internet.

The model has a bloody ax, and if you wait it shows the middle finger.

I've seen something similar, a "two fists" model used for the crowbar (check its animations) in a mod called crack-life, search for it in moddb.com
