how can i setup to give the weapons immediately and not after spawn ?

Edit your Gamemodes with something like that.

Can someone Compile the Plugin with the new SourceMod 1.10.0.6455 Build ?

I Updated the Sourcemod of the Server because of the new CSGO Updated.

I'm having 0.400-1.000 var spikes after the update and I think they are happening when 2-3 players respawn at the same time. Does anyone have or had this issue before?

Looks like it was a other Game Problem. It still work now wit sourcemod-1.10.0-git6456-linux

Is anyone having issues enabling hud_showtargetid "1". I was on a DM server and when I aim at enemy it shows their name in red.

When I try to enable it on my server I get Unknown command "hud_showtargetid"

This may not be related so forgive me in advance.

1. Can somebody explain to me what this does?

dm_limited_weapons_rotation 1
dm_limited_weapons_rotation_time 60.0
dm_limited_weapons_rotation_min_time 10.0

2. How can I disable limited weapon buying? I want players to always be able to buy, nullifying this message:
You'll get your new weapons on next spawn
