I upgraded from a ball mouse to a optical mouse! heh
I went out and bought a new optical mouse (and new keyboard) today. When I played CS, every once in awhile I spun for about 2 seconds - it made me look like I had hacks or something.
It said MOUSE3 and MOUSE4 were unbound. I had a MOUSE3 (or mousewheel) on my older mouse and I'm not sure why thats not working.
As for mouse4, I don't think I even have any other button other than left click, right click, mouse wheel so I'm confused about that.
I resetted my binds (Options > Keyboard or whatever) and clicked 'Use Defaults'. I still kept getting it. I changed my mouse3 and mouse5 (which are shown below) to see if that would help and it didn't.
