if someone can help me, i will be very grateful ... we have a casual server and we use community maps, what happens and that when you change the map, some players' game closes out of nowhere, or when he enters the map it locks and the game closes , can anybody help me?

it is random, there are times that even I am the owner, my game crashes, it closes alone, it can be on any map, both official and community.
