everytime I open up the server

it gives me an error

after this messages the server just go crash....

how can I solve this problem...?? ;;

Try to disable all plugins, and load the server back up.
If the crash stops, then its a plugin problem.

To find the plugin that crashes, you'll have to enable plugins one by one, until server starts crashing again.
