It looks like a plugin used the GameRules_SetProp native and the server crashed when it couldn't find the gamerules pointer? That's my best guess.

It invoked a pawn frame, pawn called strcmp, then pawn called GameRules_SetProp, then C++ tried to find the gamerules proxy entity (?), and then it crashed when trying to get its reference EHandle (?).

Your starting point should be finding plugins that attempt to manipulate gamerules and disable them and see if it solves the crashes. 2 of the functions on the stack trace are pawn natives so a plugin is highly likely causing the crash.

I think i solve it i add sourcemod 1.7 on my server and i join on the server 3 times and dont crash i will see how will goes thanks!!!

Potato Uno gave some good information. Try removing all plugins, then re-adding slowly to find out what is causing this crash. I also noticed that you're using a mix of CS:S/CS:GO plugins, so there might be some conflicts there.

Also, as you get more information, feel free to edit your posts instead of replying to yourself several times!
