at random intervals my server simply stops and crashes and resets itself and it happens once per day. i'm using linux

The logs don't seem to indicate an error they it just seems to end abruptly and reset

you can do two things either sit around and watch the console or disable all plugins and enable one by one till u get crashes.

Do you have glib2.2 or 2.3?

i'm not sure since i rent the server how could i tell?

interspaced, you may be experiencing the same crashes lots are dealing with (posted on Steam Support forums). The server isn't crashing so you won't see errors in any log. It is completely client side from yesterdays clent side Steam update.

My looking into the situation has revealed that is is only affecting CS maps. Servers running CZ maps, the clients are not crashing out. Steam did something that has jacked people playing CS maps.
