I tested with TFC Soldier on FF2R 1.1.140, it's rage skill is missing in-game, even with all the subplugins installed

Hello there and sorry for the errors. I have discovered that the update for the menu subplugin changed a little for the menu to pop up. Attached is a fix for it.
