When I create a listenserver, my friends cant join through connect [ip:port], nor, through the friends list. I have opened the port (27015) in my router but it doesn't work. The server also don't show up in server list. I have typed sv_lan 0 in console. what should I do?

Go to www.whatismyipaddress.com and make sure you are giving your friends that IP instead of your internal IP.

yes I am giving them the correct ip, not the 192.168... one

Check your router ports, make sure the 27015 (the default) port is open for external connections.
