Adds Extra Puffs to Smoke Grenades

sv_smoke 1   Adds up to 3 extra smoke puffs to smoke grenades
sv_smoke 2   Adds smoke puffs to spread the smoke
sv_smoke 3   Combination of both smoke 1 & 2

Delay only affects sv_smoke 1 & 3 only
sv_smoke_delay1 Delay of first smoke puff
sv_smoke_delay2 Delay of second smoke puff
sv_smoke_delay3 Delay of third smoke puff

Created for fun - But should also assist people who were looking to detect the smoke puff event. This was tested on Condition Zero. CS 1.6 May work as well.

Take off the .amxx or it wont get apporved...when somebody presses it "GEt Plugin" It auto-compiles!

hmmm, not bad, it may actually prevent lag, prevents peeps from spawning millions of them making only 1-2 sufficient
