I got the same crash back in november (2017). Blue koth timer was also at 0:00 and server crashed upon capture. I don't think it's a plugin, but just in case put your plugins list here, I'll compare it with what I have.
To me it sounds like a game bug.

Update I suppose, I had it happen again tonight but with the red team instead of the blue, same deal though. Red team caps, everything explodes. Only thing that changes is the memory address.
