Map is missing error, not sure why or how to fix

Once again, another server is giving clients the "Missing map/mymap, disconnecting" error, and I'm not sure why. I've looked at other posts about this, not sure how to fix or what's really going on.

The server is using FastDL through Dropbox, "sv_downloadurl" is set, "sv_allowdownload" is 0 (just in case I set the "net_maxfilesize 64", checked that all the maps are below this size and they are), and client downloads other files correctly in bz2 form, but the error remains. So far only my friends have been playing on it, so I've just given up and sent them the maps, but I would like to allow other players to join, could use some help figuring out this issue.

Dropbox isn't a real solution.
Anyways, map names are case sensitive. If you run the map cp_iSland, you better have cp_iSland.bsp.bz2 on the webserver.

I've heard dropbox isn't allow fastdownloading.

Really? Because I've been using it to download other files like materials, models etc. and so far I think it works. Do you know any other recommended web hosts for this? I had assumed Dropbox had worked from other posts.

Also, I know that all the maps are lowercase, and so are the bz2's.

EDIT: Yep, you're right. Dropbox was blocking files from downloading permanently (as discussed in my other thread) and of course maps are forever if you use them. So now I just need a new FastDL, still looking for one though. Suggestions welcome.
