You don't have access to steamcmd.
btw, did you download and instaled steamcmd with steam account?
You can try this:

chown -R YouAccount /home/admin/steamcmd.sh

Now fully installed and when i try to open server it says

Invalid game type 'cstrike' sepecified.

EDIT: Where is supposed to be cstrike folder and all that?

I am trying to run the server with this startup , and it says

Invalid game type 'cstrike' sepecified.

Wed May  8 21:56:33 WEST 2013: Server Failed

EDIT i installed steamcmd sucessfuly after changing OS to debian.

Show us the output of the following Linux command (type it in the directory where hlds_run is)

Try reinstalling the server as a normal user (ie, not root)

it says that is successfuly installed , but dont have cstrike.
