All put into folders
1) File sound_mp3.amxx throws in cstrike / addons / amxmodx / plugins
2) In the file plugins.ini (cstrike / addons / amxmodx / configs) prescribes sound_mp3.amxx
3) File sound_mp3.sma throws in cstrike / addons / amxmodx / scripting
4) Folder misc throws in cstrike / sound

Plugin compiled for 1.8.1 amhmod! (If you want to change ihodnik attached)

ZIP file removed as it contained AMXX file(s). Try to keep the archive file to contain ONLY resources needed, keep the plugin files seperate.
