after installation server crashes

Hi,
I installed metamod..everyhting was fine. I installed admin tool and everyhting was fine..this morning I installed sourcemod then the parachute plugin 2.0 beta and server is up when after we join a team in the game server goes down. Then we leave and it goes back up. It is an empires mod server windows. If we do not join server stays up and connected indefintiely.

Ok I removed the parachute plugin and server is working fine. Can anyone help me fix this so I can use the parachute 2.0 beta I would love to have it on my server.
