This is a Plugin that will allow admins with Admin level B to give HP (Health Points) and AP (Armor Points). I have not been able to test this Plugin yet because I am on dial-up and have no way to test it, but it compiles without errors and I believe it should work. You can only take HP or AP from some who has already been given HP or AP. But you can give HP or AP to who ever you want. This is my first mod so plz lol, go easy on me when t doesnt work :p

admin_givehp_amount [number] -------(this is the HP cvar NOT THE COMAND TO GIVE HP) *Default: 500*
admin_giveap_amount [number] -------(this is the AP cvar NOT THE COMAND TO GIVE AP) *Default: 500*
admin_givehp [target] -------(gives health to who you choose the amount is what you set the HP cvar to)
admin_giveap [target] -------(gives armor to who you choose the amount is what you set the AP cvar to)
