I run the 18vs linux with SM 1.4dev_3137, MM 1.9.0dev_731. 1 or 2 crashes/hangs/timeouts per day where everyone timeouts and gets thrown back to the game start gui. In Hlsw you see a timeout for 30 - 40 seconds, after the server is "back" the uptime value shows "0". Like a start or start after a crash. I am used to this since L4D2 came out. It got a little worse after the latest updates

Getting the same thing as RasterMan, and it happens only half the time on server start. A reboot usually fixes /shrug.

Running Linux.

The in game crashes countuines on my L4D2 linux with sourcemod-1.4.0-hg3140-linux.tar.gz and mmsource-1.9.0-hg734-linux. Mid game and after manually changing levels.

However using hg3140 together with mm 1.8.3 stable works.
Can any sourcemod developer tell me if they're trying some kind of new feature on L4D2 becuase the last 3 metamod versions have been crashing my linux server badly.

Anyone with the same problem? This is with stable metamod 1.8.3 and it is annoying as hell.
My guess is this is causing it:

Code:
Installing breakpad exception handler for appid(srcds_linux)/version(1.0)
baseuser.cpp (431) : Assertion Failed: couldn't find entrypoint 'GetBaseUserDir'
Assert( Assertion Failed: couldn't find entrypoint 'GetBaseUserDir' ):/home/VALVE/rackadmin/buildslave/steam_rel_client_linux/build/src/clientdll/baseuser.cpp:431

Installing breakpad exception handler for appid(srcds_linux)/version(1.0)
Uploading dump (in-process) [proxy '']
/tmp/dumps/assert_20101017122653_1.dmp
Sometimes that takes 5 seconds, sometimes 3 minutes. Not much you can do about it I guess. I don't know if this can be disabled?

Another problem I run across with sourcemod-1.4.0-hg3140-linux.
It now kicks all people out on random map changes. I've never had this issue untill I updated to sm 3140 today. Is there some kind of new feature you guys are adding to new metamod/sourcemod becuase they just seem unstable. This is the 3rd time I'm getting the mass-disconnection after map change. The first time was right after I updated to 3140 and changed map while I had 6 ppl playing on it.

Are people still getting timeouts on the exception handler? Sometimes my servers timeout indefinitely trying to send the dump file.
