put in server.cfg
sv_vote_kick_ban_duration 3 // set this in minutes
this bans any player kicked by a vote for 3 mins change as applicable

that dosn't fix the fact that people can disconnect before the vote kick is over and not get banned, 000101001. this is why DieTasse maybe a plugin for that. also, why would anyone want a vote kick set at 3 min when defualt is 5?

L4D2 is different. You need an automatic ban on the player that left before the vote passed, nothing else.
