How to remove the automatic 8 shots from SOK Goku.

Hey I downloaded the Goku SOK had, anyways when I tried out the hero it was making 8 autoshots automatic before charging again. Could someone please help me on how to remove the 8 automatic shots? The .sma is attached.

Yes when I set it to 0 it still fires 8 of them automaticly
