The idea is taken from one F2P shooter. There this mode is called "PC" - Protect The Commander.

At the beginning of the round, in each team there is randomly selects the Commander. The Commander receives additional health - up to 500 HP. The goal of each team is to kill enemy Commander and not allowed to enemy team kill their Commander. Round ends if one of the Commander have been killed and the team whose commander stayed alive wins.

Well, mostly yes, but instead of one VIP there are two VIPs :-)

Oh, by the way, in those game from what this idea is taken the Commanders is allocated with 2D sprite attached above their heads so players can recognize their Commander and enemy Commander. Dunno how hard this to make in CS. Maybe it's better just to replace the default models with custom ones for Commander.

2x loops for both teams and picking up a human alive one and striping his weapons, making him badass by giving Helmet + Armour & 250HP. Using some other plugins, like removing the C4 and Arkshine's Infinity Round etc...
