It depends, do you want to prevent revive or do you want to cancel a revive action at any moment of the progress.

An easy and dumb way to do that is to stagger the survivor performing the healing/reviving. Another way would be using OnPlayerRunCmd to cancel the +use button press to cancel the revive action as if the survivor would have released the button.

cancel is easy, use the stock "L4D_StopReviveAction" from left4dhooks in "left4dhooks_silver.inc",
but how do you want to manage the cancel?

Simply if the incapped one is holding one button, others can't revive him, and it cancels any revive attempt
