Does anyone know how to enable the Spectate team option to show up while you have bots in the server?

Without bots it shows up fine and you can join the team without a problem.

Edit: You get this message when pressing 6 for spectate team.

Edit2: Solved. If a bot is on the spectator team then you cannot join that team through the teammenu
