COOP server with l4dtoolz1.0.0.9. I have successed to chang the following cvars:
survivor_limit 12
z_max_player_zombies 18
sv_maxplayers 12
sv_removehumanlimit 1
sv_unlock_sb_add 1
sv_force_unreserved 1
sv_cheats 1
sm_cvar z_minion_limit 10
sm_cvar z_boomer_limit 8
sm_cvar z_charger_limit 8
sm_cvar z_hunter_limit 8
sm_cvar z_smoker_limit 8
sm_cvar z_spitter_limit 8
sm_cvar z_jockey_limit 8
In game, it seems that the special infection bots can never exceed 4 at the same time(the suvivor bots can).
i type "z_spanw hunter(or else)" in client console, the special infection bots cant exceed 4 too. But tank can.

how can i get more than 4 special infection bots in game?

You should change convar:
"z_max_player_zombies" to "l4d_infected_limit"
That should do it.

hello ive been frustrated by this for a long time now... and search everywhere and now desperate... i have installed metamod and everything (correctly i suppose) just to set sv_cheats 1. i have succeeded in doing the " mapname" way but can only go in singleplayer because me and my friends love to fool around with fire and zombies while playing l4d. so my question is HOW DO YOU SET SV_CHEATS 1 for a local server which my friends can join? PLEASE reply

this plugin will disable mp_friendlyfire, but you can change that using sm_cvar mp_friendlufire

OH REALLY?! THANKS A LOT... jerk don't you think i tried? it won't let me because of valve being as#%#$ and not letting us do it... it won't work in L4D2
