Which SM version are you running? One of the recent builds had something to do with SDKhooks

Since that's from Windows, I'm guessing you've just picked a random frame with symbols rather than that being anywhere near the top of the stack - SourceHook's hooks will almost always show up in stack traces, and almost never have anything at all to do with the cause. About all that tells you is that it crashed somewhere under OnTakeDamage.
