Plant a mine instead of deploy the upgradeAmmo pack.

I write it for my server, now i share it.
It's funny to plant many mines in the plane/boat when final round end and the finale vehicle coming

surprise!
It's also good for tank.
You can also shoot the mine to explore the mine，if tank didn't touch the mine.

Mine:
FF Damage max :20.
SI Damage: about 2000~
