The Johnny's .dll works fine on my server too. Everything seems running. Thanks you Johnny. I'm using Condition Zero bots on my CS server (zbotcz.dll).

How about a Linux version of the fixed fun module ? I've tried to replace the fun module with the 1.01 version, but that doesn't work. The rest worked fine, as far as I could see.

I'm testing on Suse 9.0 btw (Has a older kernel then Suse 9.2, which I use for our Public server), could that be the problem ?

I ran JoeBot, however for some reason it won't let you kick people while it's running.

Lets say there's 6 bots in the server.

A person joins, one of them is kicked.

In the kick menu, the person's name appears as [JOE](whatever the bot was), instead of Player.

If there are more players than the cvar maxbots, you can't kick the people that came after the first 6.

I don't know if it's just me, but I couldn't get it going.

I tested with Realbot and CZ bots.
However since the latest CS update yesterday the Realbots aren't joining a team anymore, but that's probably an issue with Realbot.

i use podbot 2.6mm new version for hlds 3210
it is not works with Johnny's .dll , but the old dll(1.01's dll) works fine

I just tried and it works with Podbot MM:
[ 2] POD-Bot mm RUN - podbot_mm.dll vR2b44o ini Chlvl ANY

That version is fixed for the latest Steam update trouble. I got the dll from here: http://forums.bots-united.com/showthread.php?t=4306


If you have a trouble with bots connecting but not joining a team (remaining in spec mode), then the problem is NOT caused by AMX Mod X/the fun module. The problem is caused by the Steam update since a few days back, and your bot module must be updated for it. This seems to apply to Podbot and Realbot flavours and possibly other bots. The link above has details how to mend the sources, in case you feel like doing that yourself.

The old file fixed the BOTs not killing me, BUT

it crashes my server after about 2 mins. I've had to revert back to the old version for now!

There is already also available the version R2B46d of podbot mm with that steam fix. The fullpack of podbot (with configs, waypoints and binaries files (dll, i386.so, amd64.so) You can take here:
