I have the exact same problem. Even with just default plugins and even switching between Realbot and PodBot does not help. I'll see if I can narrow it down a bit more.

Test -> Bot State

No custom plugins -> not working
No plugins at all -> not working
AMXx 1.5 completely off -> working
AMXx 1.5 with no plugins and fun module disabled -> working
AMXx 1.01 -> working

If you are experiencing this problem and you have windows download the attached fun.dll Put it in your modules folder, replacing the one that's there.
