if you do what brad said then when you hit that key it will prompt you like when you hit y to chat but what you type will be used in place after that command. so you don't have to open console you just have to type.

If you want to make it so it says the same thing then use
bind "x" "amx_tsay blue I said this!!!"

i do use that....like for rules n stuff....but instead of goin to the console n trypin the whole thing i wanna just do like u regulary type.......

I reckon you can either bind is as follows and have it use the same color everytime: bind x "messagemode amx_tsay blue"

Or type in the color and bind it like this bind x "messagemode amx_tsay" and then when the prompt comes up to type your message preface your message with a color like this: blue blah blah blah.

I haven't actually tested either of these.

just press the y to say and then: @ <text>
for amx_chat press u for team_say then: @ <text>

Or you can get a admin slash where you can just type /command name without having to go to console.
