This plugin was made before in the past for AMXMOD and was never done or implemented well. Even the -5 was the setting used for that script. I use to have a copy of it locally on my drive, but can't find it right now. Possibly he copied it.

The problem is it never worked by ratio. If you had 5 more deaths than kills it kicked you. You could set it to any number in sma..but it didnt kick by ratio..it kicked by # of deaths vs # of kills overall.

If you can figure out how to make this a clean plugin that is written well and actually KICKS..not kickbans by ratio..ie 1-6 2-12 3-18..etc and not just certain number of deaths over kills...then I would try the plugin. I have no issues with kicking new players of CS. When people are constantly hammering the server to get in..who are skilled and could help their team..but have lots of players 1-6 in game who can't help their team...I have no problems with a script kicking them out to let players in who can actually help. If you want a bunch of noobs in your server, keep them, I don't want them in mine. Plenty of noob servers out there for them to go to if they are kicked from one of my servers.

Clean the plugin up and make it work properly and you got user right here.
