hi,

know anyone why the sounds willbe blocked on server?
for example when you kill one with headshot, there must be a sound played like "headshot" but this sound willbe blocked. not only this, all sounds on server!
the best is when anyone is talking & you make a headshot, you cant hear this person anymore...

its not so easy to explain but if you can, go just on this server 89.163.170.235:28015 & try to plant the c4 or make a kill or rock the vote... you will see what i mean

You're sending "stopsound" client command on some events(round win? sendaudio? emitsound ?). Either way search your sma's for this text. Total commander will be useful for doing that.

Look, the stopsound command isn't send by the server itself. It has to be a plugin that do this. I see that you don't have any sma's containing stopsound, so you must pause/disable all of your plugins one by one, to catch the one thats causing it. Of course check additional metamods plugins as well.
