To anyone interested, it is SourceMod 1.5.0-dev+3840 for my build on Windows to get this working.

Update: IT DON'T WORK!~~~~ (As intended)
I believe it was unapproved because the command to set next map theme did not work, themes may cause server hang on map change, and it has errors such as
