I've been messing around with this plugin. It basically works. I tested on both a linux and windows server, and they produced different results. First off, particles work on a windows server. But the DL isn't worth it. Causes a ton of errors on maps without them. Better to just turn them off in the themes.cfg. Particles do not work on linux at all. Most of the themes work fine. I had to refresh the plugin several times, then map change to get it to function properly. A single map change, without, wouldn't read the .raw files or get the time based changes to engage. It mixes up the maps nicely (nightwater, ect.) But this still just a novelty.

I use Linux server. Download and particles work for me without any plugin modifications.

i wonder why this is in unapproved if it works for everyone? there cant be surely legit problems if the majority say it working?

Probably because it still causes some issues.
For example, it works for me, but sometimes it bugs up and disables on its own at random. I believe it has something to do with client connection.
