[FF2] A second boss (GIR)

You probably have already watched Invader Zim, right? Then you know who GIR is. He's the little robot that follows Zim in his adventures (well, sometimes). Everyone just loves this guy, and I don't think someone has made a boss of him yet, so I thought, why not? And that is how my second boss came to be.

Name: GIR
Class: Scout
Weapon: Fists (deals 50% less damage, but swings twice as fast)
Abilities: Super Jump, Weighdown, Rage
Rage: Stuns nearby players for three seconds and shoots an Ion Cannon wherever the boss is looking.
