Can anyone decompile this plugin for me.
The author does not give .sma file for this plugin.

Decompiling it won't give you a working .sma file that you can use.

I think I remember seeing a decompiler somewhere in google, but overall decompiling does not work, not to give you a working .sma file at least, like OciXCrom said above.

That is FOR SURE shared here somewhere, nevertheless as Oci said you cannot do anything with a decompiled plugin. For example enumerations, definitions and constants are simply replaced by their values, you wouldn't want this in various situations. Output code (decompiled source) is all scrambled up, you never come to know what these are. Code may even be functional at all but you have least understanding of it. And the worst thing, there's a pragma (IIRC) that makes plugins invulnerable to decompiling.

Its easier to explain what you want and do it from scratch then decompiling and trying to fix it and get it working

Why not just download the sma instead of the compiled binary? Since the plugin is uploaded at alliedmods, I'm pretty sure that the sma is also available for download.
