You did nothing wrong, I did.
It's fixed tonight. You will need to update ASteambot_Core.smx and ASteambot_Report.smx, or if you have updater installed, just change map or reboot server. ASteambot plugins support updater.

Because it have been hard-coded in ASteambot. But I updated ASteambot to support translation; check out V7.0 notes. I'll continue to implement translation in the next version.

Sorry, I was kinda busy those last days, and still will be. I didn't had much time to update ASteambot.

I still got this problem, already updated all asteambot plugins including asteambot itself

Okay, well. Do you have a plugin unloading / loading back plugins ? Because if ASteambot_Report load BEFORE ASteambot_Core, you get that kind of error.

Try fixing by writing this in your game server console :

1) sm plugins reload ASteambot_Core
2) sm plugins reload ASteambot_Report
3) Execute !report command.

Unfortunately, I still do not receive the message. I threw in an additional module webshortcuts_csgo.smx which supports the bot and also does not receive the message.

The log that the bot shows when you try to send a message

The message you linked down here is the one sent by ASteambot core. You neeed to use !report and see what happen.
