Damn, I tried what you said but the server is still crashing. We are testing on a SRCDs :<

If you need a server for testing I can provide one, my friend has one specifically for development and testing purposes.
Oh, unfortunately its not a Linux server as I mentioned before. Although he has tested it on a Linux server and told me the crash dump is exactly the same.

The stack trace you posted is from a linux server.

Yes, the owner mentioned this to me after I posted. Our test server is a SRCDs but he also has a number of Linux based server which he mentioned give the same error, even with the accelerator extension.

I went ahead and tried this, it crashes the server as soon as a player joins a team while the plugin is loaded.

EDIT: Nvm, I didn't remove dhooks 1 completely from the server, it works, prevents the server from crashing when the player disconnects.
