I go to the server console, write sv_downloadurl www.tidstyven.dk/Jelle/masterchief.mdl and now it downloads from that site, and place it the right place for the joining player?

No. You do not use sv_downloadurl on a specific file, you do it on a whole directory. Try searching before you ask, it can really help. http://support.steampowered.com/cgi-...i=&p_topview=1

Ahh... Thought it was a AMX feature that it could download from HTTP pages. I am sorry to post it here then. And very much thanks for the reply.

I was talking about your usage of the command. You set the cvar to a directory, not an individual file. And, your previous posts throughout the forums have sort of stated otherwise about your knowledge. But, I will not argue about it here as this is not the place for it

No, it didn't work now? I just wrote sv_downloadurl http://www.tidstyven.dk/Jelle/jellecs also tried sv_downloadurl "http://www.tidstyven.dk/Jelle/jellecs" but no one of these works. I can download the files via normal http download, so they are online.

Sorry to bother you guys with this thing, but don't know any other site with dudes like you who knows that things you knows about dedicated server. I hope some in here want to help me. I would be very pleased

I've tested it. I don't know what I did, but it is working now.

Maybe it is because I get a Forbidden Access error page when I go to that location.

Also, the cvar requires you to put the trailing slash at the end.
